Hira provides an AI powered recruitment platform that connects you with potential employers through recruitment agencies. Our platform automates the application process, evaluates your skills against job requirements, facilitates communication via WhatsApp, and helps match you with suitable opportunities.

Your Account

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Your WhatsApp phone number will be used for all communications regarding your applications. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

Application Process

When you apply for a position through Hira, you agree to provide truthful information about your qualifications, experience, and skills. You authorize us to analyze your resume and assess your skills through our AI powered evaluation system. You understand that our skill assessments are used to match you with job requirements and will be shared with recruiters.

Communication and Updates

By using Hira, you consent to receive communications via WhatsApp, email, and through our platform regarding your applications, interview schedules, and job opportunities. You can manage your communication preferences in your account settings. We will send you updates about your application status, interview invitations, and relevant job matches.

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit, including your resume, personal information, and responses to assessment questions. By uploading content to Hira, you grant us permission to use, process, and share this information with recruitment agencies and their clients for the purpose of evaluating your job applications. We will handle your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Skill Assessment and Evaluation

Our AI system evaluates your skills based on your resume, self reported skill scores, and responses to job specific questions. These assessments are designed to match your capabilities with job requirements. While we strive for accuracy, you understand that final hiring decisions are made by recruiters and employers, not by our automated system.

Interview Scheduling

We facilitate interview scheduling through our platform and WhatsApp agent. You are responsible for confirming your availability and attending scheduled interviews. If you need to reschedule or cancel an interview, you must inform us as soon as possible through the platform or WhatsApp.

Talent Pool

If you perform well in our evaluation process, we may add you to our talent pool with your consent. This allows us to match you with future opportunities that fit your skills. You can opt out of the talent pool at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

Prohibited Activities

You may not use our platform to provide false information, impersonate others, upload malicious content, attempt to circumvent our evaluation system, or use our services for any illegal purpose.
