Our Story
Every great innovation begins with someone on the frontline recognizing a problem—and for Hira AI, that problem was the inefficiencies and lack of transparency inherent in traditional recruitment. Our founder, Anju Jose, joined as the first HR Manager of a multinational company during their growth phase. She rolled up her sleeves and built their entire HR framework from scratch and recruited key talent successfully scaling the team by 500%.
During this time, Anju experienced firsthand how she, her team, and candidates alike struggled with the same challenges day after day: endless email chains, missed connections, lack of responses, and precious time lost in administrative bottlenecks. Each interview scheduled, each candidate evaluated, and each position filled added to her deep understanding of what worked - and more importantly, what needed to change.
A process that should be deeply human and personal - finding the right person to work with - has become a defected endeavor that has failed to create any meaningful relationships or experiences. This irony stayed with her throughout her career and left her thinking there had to be a better way.
The turning point came when Gen AI began to take the world by storm. Intrigued by the potential of this technology, Anju dived in headfirst, learning everything she could about AI and even completing a comprehensive course in AI Prompt Engineering. That’s when it clicked: what if she could combine her deep understanding of recruitment pain points with the power of AI to create a truly transformative solution?
And so, the idea for Hira AI was born

Combining strategic leadership that has driven 50x business growth with expertise in building secure, scalable AI solutions, Sujith's technical prowess perfectly complements Anju's deep understanding of HR challenges.

Together, they are building the proprietary language model that powers Hira’s conversational agent, ensuring it’s not just smart but intuitive and empathetic.
