Our founder, Anju Jose, joined as the first HR Manager of a multinational company during their growth phase. She rolled up her sleeves and built their entire HR framework from scratch and recruited key talent successfully scaling the team by 500%.

The turning point came when Gen AI began to take the world by storm. Intrigued by the potential of this technology, Anju dived in headfirst, learning everything she could about AI and even completing a comprehensive course in AI Prompt Engineering. That’s when it clicked: what if she could combine her deep understanding of recruitment pain points with the power of AI to create a truly transformative solution?

And so, the idea for Hira AI was born

Combining strategic leadership that has driven 50x business growth with expertise in building secure, scalable AI solutions, Sujith's technical prowess perfectly complements Anju's deep understanding of HR challenges.

Our founders assembled a talented team of engineers, developers, and designers who share Hira's vision. Together, they are building the proprietary language model that powers Hira’s conversational agent, ensuring it’s not just smart but intuitive and empathetic.
